Our mission is to create, foster, and promote our unique regional arts environment, by supporting the arts, art education, and the artists in Eastern Iowa.  By providing funding, advocacy and support services to the region’s arts organizations and artists, we strive to build a strong arts program now and for the future.

Scholarships announced!

Bellevue Arts Council Scholarship program. We will award $250 to a Bellevue Area student for continuing education within the Arts. The application is due to your school counselor by April 6 each year.

Officers were approved for 2013. They are all volunteers interested in promoting the arts.
